Review of 2022
Tomorrow is New Year’s Eve – and the last day of 2022! This year has been full of twists, turns, and trips on the Tug Life.
I asked the crew about their favorite moments at Madison+Main from this year, and they did not disappoint. What was your big highlight of the year? Email me and let me know!
AJ Stuit: Singing alongside Caitlin for our coworkers at the holiday party!
Alex Osepchuk: Joining the team for the Richmond Dog Jog. SO MANY CUTE PUPPIES!
Allison Nida: Taking our trip to the State Fair!
Caitlin Sherman: Taking on new projects and responsibilities (like helping Dave with the Weekly Report), being promoted to Copywriter, and getting to celebrate an entire year with our amazing team!
Carissa Ghaffari: Getting the opportunity to manage the Design department. I love being able to be an active part of their growth!
Derek Fair: Dave getting three kilograms of MSG as a Secret Santa gift.
Erin Rebmann: Creating memorable moments with the team, the most recent of which was the Design Team dressing up in the Tackiest Sweaters and creating the most picture-perfect photo.
Jenna Farley: Experiencing so many of the company’s successes this year has helped me build my confidence as a designer and as a person! I am proud to learn and grow alongside such a wonderful, hard-working, and creative group of individuals!
Kennedy Heidel: Our team field trip to Compass Entertainment Complex in the Northern Neck! It was a great day playing games, eating tasty snacks, and being with our coworkers in person!
Kent Jennings Brockwell: Helping Housing Families First reach their $4.4 million capital campaign fundraising goal almost four months ahead of schedule so even more families experiencing homelessness in Greater Richmond can find their path to a permanent home.
Leigh Ann Kiebler: Meeting clients in person and building relationships with them.
Leanne Pillow: Meeting all this year’s awesome new folks (clients and Main-iacs) and welcoming them into the Madison+Main wamily!
Marita Cardenas: Lolita’s Lunch where we vibed with the gang in an Instagram-worthy hot spot where we reel-y stepped up our social game.
Mollie Banks: Dare I say, experiencing the pig races with Dave at The State Fair was a highlight? I won’t say what he did to be chosen as a participant, but it gave me a good laugh. What happens at The Fair stays at The Fair.
Molly Whitfield: Being part of a team that is learning, growing, and creatively collaborating every day!
Nicole Collins: Working with Allison and Kent on projects for Motleys Asset Disposition Group and delivering big to a client!
Rochelle Sommer: Getting to experience our team grow and having the opportunity to learn each day from such a smart and fascinating group. Ziplining at Compass Entertainment Complex was a close second.
Dave Saunders: Finding out Madison+Main made the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
