I’m a rising senior at VCU majoring in Advertising with concentrations in Creative and Strategy. My methods of expressing myself growing up in Lynchburg, Virginia, started with art classes, acting, and most specifically dancing. However, I found my niche in Advertising due to being a natural story teller, fact seeker, and I’m pretty handy if you ever need a quick photoshopping done. I once wrote a research paper on humor & happiness because I wanted to figure out how to tell the perfect joke and make everyone laugh. I’m very excited to be interning here at Madison+Main because I’m learning a great deal about this industry and thinks the Main-iacs are pretty awesome.

A short list of things that make me happy: The color purple (the actual color and not the movie), my pet hedgehog, live concerts, english bull dogs, photography, and interning at Madison+Main. As someone who has always enjoyed the magic that goes into developing and creating a brand, I have been blown away by the relaxed and creative, yet professional air that Madison+Main has to offer their clients and their interns. I’ve never been more excited to “go to work” than I have been interning here at M+M. I’m majoring in Marketing and Advertising, with a focus on Brand and Product Marketing at VCU and hope to one day work in a similar environment to M+M. Currently, I work for the VCU Student Commons, as head of their events and activities photography and videography. I enjoy long walks on the beach… oh wait. Nevermind.
