About M. L. Bell Construction
M. L. Bell Construction is a general contracting company that employs the “build it like you own it” philosophy to all of its work. The Richmond-based business offers engineering and construction services to local, regional and national clients, including design, building, construction management, facilities management and drywall. The team has had successful projects in healthcare, restaurant, retail and other industries since their formation in 2006.
Five Fun Facts:
1. M.L. Bell Construction hasn’t had a single “lost time safety incident” in over 7 years.
2. The team recently signed on with Sette Pizza, located in downtown Shockoe Bottom, to add a new bar and outdoor seating. Be on the lookout – construction should be completed soon!
3. M.L. Bell Construction is extremely involved in the community, partnering with organizations like Susan Komen Cure for Cancer, Virginia Blood Services and the Alzheimer’s Association.
4. Their headquarters is located in Ashland.
5. Mike Bell and Dave Saunders met for the first time during Hurricane Sandy.
