The challenge

Holiday Barn was ready to grow brand awareness and show off their premium pet care facilities in a way that felt anything but generic. While a typical facility tour would’ve done the job, it wouldn’t have captured the fun, elevated personality that pet parents have come to love. We needed a campaign that matched Holiday Barn’s energy—and stood out in a crowded market.

The strategy

We started with an idea that was simple, smart, and totally on brand: “pet testimonial” billboards, featuring hilarious, heartwarming quotes from the real stars—Holiday Barn’s furry clients. These became an instant favorite among local audiences and set the tone for a larger campaign rooted in personality and charm.

We used the campaign to speak to each of Holiday Barn’s key service lines—from grooming to boarding to training—ensuring consistent brand storytelling and cross-promotion across all offerings.

From there, we took a holistic approach—pairing traditional media with digital advertising, organic social, and direct mail to create a fully integrated strategy. To keep the momentum going, we looked to pop culture and produced a video tour of the facility with a Real Housewives–style twist, complete with scripted pet personalities, art direction inside the facility, and voiceover by local talent Michael Hughes.

This creative execution brought Holiday Barn’s premium services to life in a fun, unexpected way—perfectly aligning with the brand’s approachable luxury vibe.
