Dave’s Job is Just Beach

Yep, you see the title. Dave Saunder’s job is just beach, which leaves me, Junior Copywriter Barbie (Robyn Quarles) in charge of the Weekly Report. *laughs in girl*
Knowing how much Dave loves putting his life on the internet, I did my due diligence and asked HR & Operations Extraordinaire Mollie Banks where to locate Dave in order to write the best part of everyone’s week. Come to find out, Dave’s job is just beach (just for the week, don’t worry).
For several days, I’ve been thinking about how to do this Weekly Report justice. Sorry folks, no “days of the week,” just Dave of the week for this edition. I know you’re all somewhat confused so allow me to fill in the gaps with a little context (from my *imagination*). Dave was recently in a super serious meeting discussing Barbie business when he posed the paramount question, “What if there’s beach? You’ll need someone professional in that.” He knew he was the ONLY man for the job. And POOF! Off he went…to just beach…a year after it was trending (typical Dave…I mean, Ken).
In between his shifts beaching, he was kind enough to send us updates from Barbieland a.k.a. Cape Hatteras:
P: Piña-Coladas
I: Ice Cream
N: Never Coming Back
K: Kidding!
We haven’t actually received any real evidence that he’s beaching his tail off. But if he’s not busy beaching, I’m confident he’s fulfilling his destiny of becoming the World’s Greatest Lighthouse Keeper. Either way, upon his return, the Madison+Main-iacs fully expect to see a choreographed dance number featuring all of the other Kens.
And Dave, if you’re reading this, DEREK APPROVED IT. I’M JUST A GIRL. But in all seriousness, we miss you and hope your vacay was nothing short of “SUBLIME!”
