5000 Reasons to Celebrate Making 2022 Inc. 5000 List

Madison+Main was recognized on Inc.’s 5000 prestigious ranking of fastest-growing private companies in America! Only the top 5,000 companies (out of more than 30 million in America) make the list. So, in other words…look ma, we did it. 

With three-year revenue growth of 100%, our creative branding, marketing, and PR agency is honored and humbled to be recognized. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment — independent businesses. 

If you haven’t heard of this list before, it features some of the most effective, fast-growing, private and small, independent businesses in our country. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000. 

The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of COVID-19. No wonder the phrase “Winning In A Time of Change” has been thrown around a time or two. 

A part of only the 0.07% of companies that earn this award, we’re ecstatic for the recognition — not just as a company but also for the honor it bestows upon our entire team of Madison+Main-iacs and our dedicated clients. 233 companies in Virginia and 38 companies in Richmond made the list, including our friends and business partners at Brandito and First Arriving. 

Our team is incredibly proud of the work we’ve accomplished here at Madison+Main over the last 16 (almost 17) years. While we try to stay humble and modest most of the time, at the end of the day we take a lot of pride in our work, ethic, and overall tenacity. So, don your best party hat, grab a glass of champagne, and celebrate with us! It’s an achievement worth honoring with all the confetti cannons (and all the subsequent vacuuming) in the world. We don’t want to toot our own horns too much, but we couldn’t be more pleased and excited to know that we’re succeeding in our mission to bring Madison Avenue ideas to Main Street companies.
