Now that people know what Twitter is, here is the Social Brand Index which is a comprehensive list of trusted brands within the micro-bloging community. The index features accounts in different categories such as Business to Government & Politics. My only concern is that the interface is a bit bland, a fresh logo and face lift could really make this site pop.
