Richmond Firms Set to Donate Over $100,000 In Services To One Local Non-Profit.

Madison + Main, V4 Web, Knowledge Advisory Group, Thinkhaus, ByteJam, and Wythken Printing to submit “Reverse RFP” to Richmond-area charitable groups.

RICHMOND, Va. – One lucky nonprofit in the local Richmond, Virginia area will receive more than $100,000 in marketing and PR services in 2011, thanks to a generous gift by creative marketing firm Madison+Main and five of its strategic partners: ByteJam, V4Web, Wythken Printing, Thinkhaus, and Knowledge Advisory Group. The companies will jointly select the award recipient on October 1st, 2010. The selection process will include a unique “Reverse RFP” (Request for Proposals), available for download on Madison+Main’s website Friday, September 10, 2010, and Proposals are due by 4:00pm, Friday, September 24, 2010.

Together with their Strategic Partners,  Madison+Main will be donating $100,000 of creative marketing, PR, printing and technical services to one local nonprofit organization. The creative marketing and PR services scope includes all of Madison+Main’s specialties: print, social media, search engine marketing, radio, TV, web, and guerilla marketing. Partners who will be generously donating their work are V4Web for mobile application development,  ByteJam for website and content management system development, Wythken Printing for document production and printing services, Thinkhaus for sustainable design services, and Knowledge Advisory Group will provide nonprofit organizational management consulting.

“The last two years have taken their toll on nonprofit organizations, especially their ability to raise funds”, says Madison+Main President and Chief Idea Officer Dave Saunders. “We know marketing budgets have been slashed dramatically and many nonprofits haven’t had access to professional marketing and technical services. We’re very excited to work with our Partners to provide this assistance to one great charitable organization. Working together we think we can really make a difference.”  Madison+Main has a longstanding reputation for helping a variety of reputable charitable causes, including the MS Society – Central Virginia Chapter and Positive Vibe Café.

All responses to the Reverse RFP must be submitted by 501(c)(3) compliant charities, and are due to Madison+Main’s offices, 1313 E. Main Street by 4:00pm, September 24, 2010. Proposals can be hand-delivered, emailed, or mailed Proposals. Proposals received after September 24, 2010 will not be accepted.
